The Marketing Curmudgeon

Can You Handle The Truth?

Jim Collins wrote that "Good is the enemy of great," noting that success often breeds complacency, which corrodes an organization's competitive advantage.

I'm not as tactful as Jim Collins. I think most organizations face two serious impediments to greatness: 1) middle management liars, and 2) executives that love to be lied to. The second group creates and nurtures the first.

Put my grumpiness to work for you! I ask tough questions, and I help you find profitable answers.
